dublin!
St. Patrick’s Day began at like 4:00 in the morning. To get on the bus at 5:40, get to the airport at 6 and left at 8 am. We got into Dublin (admittedly, our bus ride to the bus station didn’t make Dublin look too good). We made our way to the hotel (couldn’t check in yet) but they stored our bags and then we went to the parade:
It was kind of boring though, and we figured we should probably get out before everyone did (although others seem to have had the same plan)

Our hotel cost us less than £20 each per night … although it was 3 people on a king size bed (not bad though) and one on the couch - we were upgraded to an ‘executive suite’ hah, otherwise it would’ve been 4 on a double. yep.
River at night:

Streets on St. Patrick’s … night:

The infamous Temple Bar: (to be frank, I don’t even know why
)

St. Patrick’s cathedral:

Went to the Guinness brewery, good stuffs.

Barley, yum:

Then we slept at the airport. Not fun. But overall, a short but sweet (an expensive) adventure.
