St. Patrick’s Day began at like 4:00 in the morning. To get on the bus at 5:40, get to the airport at 6 and left at 8 am. We got into Dublin (admittedly, our bus ride to the bus station didn’t make Dublin look too good). We made our way to the hotel (couldn’t check in yet) but they stored our bags and then we went to the parade:

It was so nice out today that Lya and I decided to climb Arthur’s Seat. It was a nice stroll until we went up this part we thought would be a leisurely climb but turned out to be quite muddy and then steep, ha, oh well. But made me realize how out of shape I am (have I ever really been in shape? ha … did buy new running shoes for gym I will be joining!). Anyways, here are some photogs of the journey.

Went to a rugby match this past Saturday. Scotland vs. Italy. It was confusing (and sadly a bit boring) because we didn’t know what was going on. Even took me a bit to figure out which one was Scotland (why does Italy wear blue?) But it was still good times. Corey, Joyce and I got a bag of 4 donuts for £2.50 (quite expensive in hindsight. They were pretty good and we were hungry.

Ah, so nice today. Felt like a Canadian April. I went to the National Gallery of Modern Art. Had a really cool landscaped lawn out front. On days other than today you can apparently walk on it.
